According to the journal, Myelin plays a very crucial part in our brain functions controls because the brain's neural ''circuits require the production of Myelin to regulate their function.
Myelin makes the neural circuits signals faster and stronger and helps in those signals’ precise placement. And it is serious work that best stimulates myelin manufacture. The more one diligently practices a particular activity, the more myelin is wrapped round and round the active nerve fibers.
As you can see, self help and self empowerment are things that can be learned and this involves the power of habit. Learning and unlearning. Practicing on a daily basis to become better and better.

What you do without subconsciously thinking about it is an habit. When you do repeatedly, you form an habit.
Habits are rituals and behaviors we automatically carry out without a second thought.
We have good and bad habits. To change bad habits, we have to deliberately work on replacing them with good ones.
The Power of habit is a powerful book written by Charles Duhigg, a Pulitzer prize winning author. The Power of Habit explores the science of habit formation of habits in our lives, companies and societies. Power Of Habit essentially talks about habit formation and reformation.
